How Often Should I Post on OnlyFans?

2 min read Simon

You're posting, or about to start, and you're not sure whether you're doing enough, or too much. There's no number to copy that fits every page. By the end of this page you'll have a pace to start from, and a way to tell whether yours is right for you.

We're Goddess Business, a creator agency.

A Posting Pace to Start From

On the accounts we manage, we post on the feed, photos and videos, every two or three days, as of October 2026.

That's the feed only. Stories and mass messages are separate, and they don't count toward that pace.

Why What Each Post Is For Matters More Than the Number

We post as often as we can make something worth posting. Every post has a reason: to get a reaction, to bring someone closer, or to start a conversation. We don't post just to post.

So the question isn't how many posts. It's whether you have something worth putting up. A post with nothing behind it isn't one more post; it's one more thing to scroll past.

Vary what you post, too. A page where every post looks the same gives people less to react to.

What Your Page Shows Someone Arriving, and Someone Who Stays

Someone who lands on your page sees whatever it shows before they subscribe. If there's little there, or nothing new for a while, they have less to judge by.

Someone who's already subscribed sees whatever is new since they last looked. A new post is that something new.

We consider that people also come to follow a creator's life, so some posts can simply be moments from yours.

Signs Your Posting Pace Isn't Right for You

It may be too much if you're posting without knowing what a post is for, or if you can't keep the pace up without the quality dropping.

It may not be enough if you have things worth posting and they sit unposted, or if your page has shown nothing new for a while.

If you can't fill in the last column, that post can wait.

Post as often as you have something to give. That's the pace to keep.
