How Do I Leave My OnlyFans Agency?
You've decided to leave your OnlyFans agency, or you're close, and you haven't told anyone yet. What you're afraid of is simple: losing your account, your fans or your content on the way out. Once you've read to the end, you'll know the order to do things in, and you'll have an exit checklist and a notice template you can copy.
Here's something worth knowing before you start. The guides we read in September 2026 on leaving an agency don't agree on the step that matters most: when to secure your account. One says before you give notice, one says straight after, another says on the day the contract ends. The right answer depends on a question none of them asks: whether your contract lets you change your password while it runs.

Leaving well happens in four moments: before you say anything, the notice, the day the contract ends, and the weeks after.
Before You Tell Your OnlyFans Agency Anything: What to Check
This is the one moment where every choice is still yours. Use it to read two things: your contract, and your account.
What to Check in Your Agency Contract
Look for five things, and write down what you find.
- The notice period, and its form. How many days, and how notice has to be given: by email, by letter, to which address.
- An exit fee, if there's one, and how it's calculated.
- Commission after the end. Any sentence that keeps a percentage running once the contract is over.
- What it says about your login and your account. Some contracts don't let you change your password while they run. If yours is one of them, changing it before you give notice could put you in breach at the worst possible moment.
- What it says about content made during the contract, and what happens to it afterwards.

If your contract has an exit fee, or a clause you can't make sense of, this is the moment to have a lawyer read it, before you've said a word.
What to Check on Your OnlyFans Account
Now check, without changing anything yet:
- Are the recovery email and phone number on the account yours? They decide whether you can get back into your account on your own. This matters as much as the password.
- Does the payout land in your own bank account?
- Do you have your own copies of your content?
- Who at the agency has access to the account, and how?
One example is ours: the contract says the creator doesn't change the password on her own, because we can't change it on our side. The recovery email and phone are hers, and so is the payout. That's why "change everything before you tell them" isn't the right advice for every contract. Check yours first.
How to Give Notice to Your OnlyFans Agency
Once you know what your contract asks for, give notice exactly that way.
In writing, in the form your contract names. If it says email, send an email. If it names an address, use it. A message in a chat app may not count if the contract names something else.
With a date. Work out the end date from the notice period and write it in. Keep a copy of what you sent, and proof that you sent it.
Keep it factual. You don't have to explain why you're leaving. A short, polite message is enough, and it's easier to rely on later than a long one.
During the notice period, the contract still applies. The work carries on, and the commission usually does too, until the end date. Check what yours says.

The Day Your OnlyFans Agency Contract Ends: What to Change
Some steps belong to the last day and no other. What your contract didn't let you do while it ran usually becomes possible now. Check what yours says about the end, then:
- Change your password.
- Remove the agency's access to the account, whatever way they were using.
- Check again that the recovery email and phone are yours, and that the payout details are your own bank account.
- Ask in writing for confirmation that the agency's access is closed.
- Do the same for any other accounts you handed over: social media, link pages, anything the agency ran.
The Weeks After You Leave Your OnlyFans Agency: What to Watch
The contract is over. Its effects sometimes aren't.
Invoices after the end date. If a commission invoice arrives for a period after the contract ended, check what the contract says. If nothing justifies it, ask in writing what it's for. What an OnlyFans agency costs shows how much that kind of line adds up to.
Your content. Ask in writing what the agency is keeping, what it's returning and what it's deleting, and by when.
If the agency refuses, blocks you or threatens you. Send a written letter that quotes the clause you're relying on. If that doesn't settle it, that's the moment for a lawyer.

Please confirm receipt of this notice, and confirm that all access to my accounts will be removed on [end date].

Send it the way your contract says, and keep a copy.
What Leaving Goddess Business Looks Like
Here's what leaving us looks like, as one example of the list above.
The notice is thirty days, and in the first fourteen days either of us can stop. When the contract ends, you keep the accounts you brought, the subscribers gained, the accounts in your name and the content you made. We take no commission at all once it's over. And we delete everything that features you: it's in our contract, and it's what we do.
Before You Send Your Notice
Everything above comes down to one thing: check first, speak second, and change what your contract controls only when it lets you. Do it in that order and leaving is paperwork, not a fight.
